Ad creatives, made to measure.

cirfan makes short AI video ads, usually around ten seconds, and AI image ads. We start from your best-performing creatives and their numbers, then build new ads around what already works for your audience.

Every hour spent wrestling with AI tools is an hour not spent on product, customers, operations, or sales.

Founders want ads that sell, not a second career as prompt engineers or AI video producers. These are the parts we take off your plate.

Prompt engineering

Usable AI output takes structured prompts, reference images, and a long trail of rejected takes.

You describe the ad in plain words. The prompting is our job.

Keeping up with new models

New image and video models ship constantly, and each one is better at something different: faces, products, motion, text.

Knowing which model does what is part of our daily work. You get the result, not the research.

Consistency

One good render is easy. A full set that keeps the same face, product, and light across every variation is not.

Each set is built from shared references and settings, so your ads look like one brand instead of twenty experiments.

Video ads that don’t convert

A beautiful ad that doesn’t sell is an expensive one.

We study your best-performing creatives and their lifetime metrics to learn which styles, hooks, and calls to action your audience responds to. We don’t promise results. We give your next ads a starting point grounded in your own data.

Short on purpose

Most of our video ads run about ten seconds. That length is a deliberate choice.

Quality you can control

AI video is at its best in short clips. At around ten seconds, every frame gets reviewed and nothing drifts: the face, the product, and the light stay consistent from the first frame to the last.

Viewers decide fast

People choose within seconds whether to keep watching, and fewer stay with every second that passes. By the 10 to 15 second mark, much of the audience has already scrolled on.

The selling point lands early

If the offer isn’t clear inside that window, many viewers never see it. A short ad puts the hook, the proof, and the call to action in the seconds people actually watch.

Selected work

Two demos in two styles, one cinematic and one UGC.

Demos, not final cuts. They show range, not finished client work. Every ad is adjusted to the client’s brand, product, and needs before delivery.

Cinematic

City run

A premium sportswear spot that sells the feeling of the run, not a list of features.

  • Opens on the shoe in motion, so the product is on screen from the first frame.
  • Golden-hour light and low tracking shots signal a premium brand without saying it.
  • Cuts between wide strides and a close portrait to hold attention for the full ten seconds.
  • Closes on a clean brand card that doubles as the call to action.

UGC

Face roller

A creator-style product demo with a natural, handheld feel.

  • Front-camera framing in a bathroom, the place this product actually gets used.
  • The roller is in hand from the first second and on the skin a few seconds later.
  • Natural skin texture is kept on purpose for an everyday, unpolished look.
  • Ends on a simple product card with one clear next step.

Both demos carry a moving watermark to discourage use, abuse, replication, or duplication.

What to expect once we start
  1. Fit

Answer a short questionnaire about your ads, your numbers, and your budget, so we both know the project makes sense before anything starts.

  2. Measure

Send your best-performing creatives with their lifetime metrics: spend, hook rate, click-through rate, cost per result. They show which styles, hooks, and calls to action already work for you.

  3. Reference

Optional, and strongly recommended if you want to improve on what you have. Share a few competitor ads you admire or want to beat.

  4. Draft

We write, generate, and edit the creatives. Every draft is watermarked.

  5. Review

Inspect every draft closely before paying, and tell us what needs adjusting.

  6. Deliver

Once you’re satisfied and payment clears, the watermark comes off and you receive the final files. All rights transfer to you.

Terms, in plain words

Worth reading before we start. Each one links to the full policy.

No guarantees
We don’t guarantee sales, revenue, or ad performance. Results also depend on your offer, targeting, budget, and each platform. No guarantees policy
Watermarks
Drafts carry a watermark. It comes off once you’re satisfied and payment succeeds, which grants you commercial use. Watermark policy
Ownership
Everything we generate stays ours until full payment. Then all rights in the final delivered assets transfer to you. IP ownership policy
Refunds
No refunds. You inspect every draft before paying, which is exactly why drafts are watermarked. Refund policy
AI disclosure
You decide how the media is used. For realistic content we strongly recommend an AI disclosure. You never need to mention cirfan. AI disclosure policy
AI accuracy
AI generation can’t always get minute details exactly right, such as small text or logos. Check every draft before approving it. AI accuracy policy

Questions

How long are the video ads?

Usually around ten seconds. Short ads keep quality under control and put your selling point where viewers are still watching. If a placement needs a different length, mention it in the questionnaire.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. If you can describe the ad you want and share what has worked before, that’s enough. The tools, prompts, and models are our side of the work.

Will my ads look like the demos?

Only in craft. The demos show styles we produce. Your ads are built around your product, your brand, and your data.

Do you make image ads too?

Yes. Image and video ad creatives are the only thing we make.

Do I have to say you made the ads?

No. You never need to disclose working with cirfan. For highly realistic content we do recommend disclosing that it was made with AI.

How is pricing set?

Each project is quoted after we review your questionnaire because scope depends on the number of creatives, formats, and styles.
