This policy explains who owns the media cirfan creates, and when ownership changes hands.
Before full payment
All generated media, including drafts and watermarked versions, remains the sole property of cirfan until full payment is received.
After full payment
Upon receipt of full payment, all rights, title, and interest in the final delivered assets transfer to the client. cirfan will retain limited rights in order to display generated media on our work page to build our portfolio.
Agreement
By working with cirfan and paying for our services, you automatically agree to this policy.
